Purpose of the consultation
This free 30-minute consultation is a preliminary discussion of your immigration goals, possible options, and whether you and Olsen Law Firm PC dba PowerVisa may be a good fit to work together. It is not a complete case review, eligibility screening, document review, or comprehensive legal assessment.
No ongoing representation yet
Booking or attending the consultation does not create an ongoing attorney-client relationship or require either side to proceed with representation.
Ongoing representation begins only after:
- the Firm confirms acceptance in writing;
- all required clients and the Firm sign a representation agreement; and
- any required initial payment is received.
Until then, the Firm is not responsible for filing deadlines, preserving eligibility, filing documents, contacting an agency, or taking other action in the matter unless the Firm expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Preliminary information and guidance
Any comments or preliminary guidance during the consultation are based only on the information available at that time. They may change after a complete intake, document review, legal research, or discovery of additional facts.
The consultation does not replace the comprehensive intake, eligibility review, case map, and document checklist performed after ongoing representation begins.
No result, approval, admission to the United States, or processing time is guaranteed.
Your information
Provide complete and accurate information to the best of your knowledge. The Firm may use the information to prepare for the consultation, check for conflicts, assess whether the matter fits the Firm's practice, and consider possible representation.
Either you or the Firm may decide not to proceed. The Firm may decline representation because of a conflict, the nature of the matter, available capacity, practice limits, facts discovered later, or another professional reason.
Do not submit original documents, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, passwords, or other highly sensitive records through this page.
Confidentiality and conflicts
The Firm will treat the information you submit as confidential as required by applicable professional rules, even if ongoing representation does not begin.
The Firm may disclose limited information when reasonably necessary to check for conflicts of interest or as otherwise permitted or required by law or professional rules.
Submitting information does not prevent the Firm from representing another person in an unrelated matter. If a conflict exists, the Firm may be unable to provide further information about it.

You consent to being contacted by email, phone, or text about the consultation and possible representation. Electronic communications carry ordinary privacy and security risks.
